Terms Of Sale

All sales are final, no refunds.  Items are sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied.  Immediate deposit of $500 is required.  The remainder of the payment must be settled within 7 days of the auction ending.  Payment can be made via Cash, Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, Zelle, or ACH/Bank Wire.  Vehicle and title will not be released to the buyer until all funds have fully cleared.

Notice to Bidders: The vehicles we list for sale at eBay are also for sale at our retail location. Please contact us to confirm vehicle availability. We reserve the right to end an auction early.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Although every effort is made to present accurate and reliable vehicle information, use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the existence of options, accessories and the vehicle condition before time of sale. Any and all differences must be addressed prior to time of sale. No expressed or implied warranties, including the availability or condition of the equipment listed is made.

Our dealership will add a standard $150 documentation fee, and a $20 excise tax to the sale price upon purchase.  Any state/local taxes and local licensing fees will be charged by your DMV, and are the buyers responsibility.  If sold within Minnesota, those taxes/fees will be collected by our dealership upon sale.

Shipping Information

Buyer has sole responsibility to arrange vehicle delivery / pick-up.  Buyer must arrange for the vehicle to be picked up within 10 days of the auction sale.  We can provide a competitive transport quote if desired.
