Purchased from original owner in 2022.  Many upgrades including, center arm rest, Element rubber front mat, 2007 Element radio, rear carpet, Thule roof rack, and front grill.  I've owned several Elements and can say this is truly a rare find.  As they say when buying used cars of this vintage -- "Miles is King".  On average this car was driven 5,200 per year.

Car spent most of its life in Alexandria Virginia before coming to Philadelphia, so rust is not an issue.  

Car is AWD with manual transmission.  A RARE COMBO.  Injectors have been professionally cleaned/serviced with new plugs installed at that time as well.

Rear bushings replaced; cat protector installed;  1 1/2 year old tires are Kuhmo P 225/75 16 with about 10,000 miles of use; new headlights; new battery; with brakes done over the past year.
