To be honest I bought this because it had an extra nice burgundy color interior and I’m a burgundy color interior freak(have to have burgundy in all of my OBS vehicles), I have a 99 Yukon Denali that had a tan color interior which I loved the leather/look BUT didn’t care for the tan color so I bought this Suburban to do an interior swap.

Suburban was bought from an elderly gentleman 2.5 hours away from me and a buddy went and picked it up for me and drove it straight home to me without any problems whatsoever.

However, whenever he was checking it out for me the ac was ice cold(as add on it stated it was) BUT it just stopped blowing???!

So the ac system itself is definitely good but again no blowing??? Probably it’s the ac resistor behind the glovebox, these commonly go out, good news is they’re only like $20 bucks!

So with a simple fix ac should be going again!

Previous owner had told us that it had been sitting for the past 3 years since he had stopped driving and he even put a new battery into it the day before we bought it.

Previous owner said it needed a tune up from sitting and it probably does like any vehicle that sat would need but in the 2.5 hour drive home it ran better than whenever my buddy first hit the road with it.

It’s running pretty good now but a tune up would not hurt it, that’s for sure.

I only drove it around the block after my buddy dropped it off to me and it felt like a solid rig, the only thing I noticed was that brake pedal felt a little bit lower than normal but my buddy didn’t say anything negative about brakes on his 2.5 hour drive home in it.

Also, I’m told by previous owner that it’s 4x4 wasn’t ever used, at least since he owned it.

He moved from New Mexico to Texas and that’s why it still has NM plates/title(ready to transfer into anybody’s name).

Besides a parking lot fender bender I believe it has a pretty good history report.

So pros/cons besides what’s mentioned above.

Pros: Sold overall rig! Simple fix to have cold ac. Original paint is shiny all over.

Interior does look pretty darn good in it(technically it’s an upgrade since now it has leather).

Tires have good tread remaining.

Dash is crack free and it has a new dash overlay(again original dash is perfect).

It has right at new $150 Denali floor mats.

It has Denali door panels up front.

And it has a Denali color matched leather wrapped steering wheel.

AND, IT’S AWESOMLY PRICED AT ONLY $3,775 FIRM…

Cons: AC issue mentioned.

It needs a new windshield, these are dirt cheap for OBS vehicles, $135-$150 all day long via mobil service.

Again lower than normal(probably) brake pedal?.

And last, Interior swap still needs a little bit of work.

And here’s what’s needed still.

Front seats needs holes drilled for inside seat bolts(because originally it had a bench seat and bench seat mounted differently), no big deal, just drill holes and bolt down these holes.

First gen Denali’s only came in a Tahoe SWB platform so interior trim is different in cargo area, I did paint(spray dye) cargo panels but rear seat belts still need bolting down(included) and headliner/cargo carpet is obviously shorter from a SWB to a LWB.

So it’s short a little headliner and carpet BUT some can easily be sliced in.

Hey, it’s definitely better than MOST cheaper vehicles are BUT I just try to be as honest as possible and I always want GREAT feedback!

Also, upper console needs putting on(one screw, I’ll explain better if you buy it, NO BIG DEAL), and carpet from center console in Denali(different, longer console) has a place in carpet that’s cut out but a little piece of carpet can be spliced in here(seriously no big deal).

Well, this is about all I can think of to mention although there’s probably something I’m forgetting(would not be anything important though).

It is what it is!

I’m not making a penny on it at this price, I just wanted to add burgundy to my Denali’s interior.

Thanks for looking…
