1983 Lincoln Continental Mark VI coupe. 159k two owner miles - have title issued in 1993 - same owner for over 30 years. 5.0L 302CI Ford fuel injected V8, AOD 4 speed automatic transmission, loaded and most equipment works. All of the written descriptions are supported by 4 videos of this car. Has had what appears to be one repaint overall, and though right front fender looks more than a shade off, in person it's hardly noticeable. Undercarriage is as rust free as you can find of this era. Body has one tiny spot 2 inches from (but not under) the vinyl top. No rust under doors, under trunk lip, lower quarters, or in jambs. Chrome is nice too. Paint is very nice and needs nothing, though one might want to buff to bring max shine. The vinyl top is very nice with 3 small tears/crack under 1 inch. It's still soft and mostly shiny. The only other body "issue" is hood needs struts and the passenger headlight cover is lazy going up. I replaced the actuator on the driver's side. Side opera lamps work. Interior is really nice - rugs, dash, leather seats, and headliner are all very nice. Sun visors have some sag, and armrest portion of both door panels have been covered in carpet. The driver's seat doesn't move forward and back. Otherwise, all the other power options work - power windows with separate vent, power locks, tilt, cruise, hot heat, cold air (fixed from issue shown in video with new ignition master control switch), trunk release, passenger power seat, power antenna, and more. If the driver's seat and hood struts are real issues for you, I can fix inexpensively. The car starts, idles, runs, drives, rides, and shifts beautifully. Steering is super tight, though handling is like a waterbed. Brakes are great with 50% or more lining, tires have over half tread. This is one of very few 40 year old cars I've had that I'd drive across country without hesitation today. This is not a guarantee, just a vote of confidence. Happy to answer questions and arrange for showing to you or an inspector prior to auction end. https://youtu.be/UbC4pjzEID4 https://youtu.be/hkNZ3Yz2u50 https://youtube.com/shorts/1FLITTrVm2g?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/PNfL_OpnVak?feature=share I didn't put a ton of pics in the listing because there is plenty to see in the videos.
