Suspension overhaul at 155K miles.

Matching set of (4) General Grabber tires installed at 170K miles (75% tread).

Zero rust/rot or issues with frame, floor pans.  Always kept clean and garaged.

Oil changed every 5k miles, just done a couple months ago.
