The Ford Model A of 1928–1931, also colloquially called the A-Model Ford or the A, and A-bone among rodders and customizers, was the second huge success for the Ford Motor Company, after its predecessor, the Model T. First produced on October 20th, 1927, but not sold until December 2nd, it replaced the venerable Model T, which had been produced for 18 years. This new Model A, a previous model had used the name in 1903–1904, was designated as a 1928 model and was available in four standard colors. MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to present the incredible 1930 Ford Model A Frankenstein Custom you see pictured. This is literally a MONSTER of a custom ride! This Ford has everything from custom, hand-painted accents to a Chevy 350 swap to creepy, green illuminated gauges to a Frankenstein bust to ride passenger! Finished in a matte silver, this custom has hand-painted Frankenstein stitching all over the body, pin-striping and Frankenstein’s portrait on both the top of the grill and back of the car. The paint job is definitely a “see to believe” … it’s awesome! The body is solid, almost tank like, from the inside out. The roof has a custom Plexi-glass “sunroof” of sorts and it lets in just enough light. The body appears to have been channeled and sits aggressively. Inside, you will find that less is definitely more. The entire interior is finished in aluminum and diamond plate. This really gives the bare bones, custom hot rod feel which leaves the custom paint and exposed engine room to get plenty of attention! The front bucket seats are wrapped in black vinyl and show no signs of wear or imperfections. Behind the front seats is a fuel cell, with the filler neck and gas cap just beyond the driver’s side rear window. The dashboard houses a set of custom gauges that illuminate in a creepy green … just like Frankenstein prefers! This monster of a Model A custom has an exposed 350 SBC, complete with a Holley four barrel carburetor and dual, side exit, headers and exhaust. This car sounds just as mean as it looks. Attached to the engine is a 350 Turbo automatic transmission. The car sits upon a set of Center Line’s classic solid face, riveted wheels, wrapped in 26x8.00R15LT Mickey Thompsons in the front and P275/60R15 Mickey Thompsons in the rear. This car has power brakes with front disc brakes and rear drum brakes. This is truly an awesome custom hot rod. It has been tastefully built into what you see before you. And yes, Frankenstein is included, in case you need a creepy passenger for Sunday cruises! The VIN is KS127930 and the mileage currently shows 1,375. The car is titled on a clean and clear Missouri title. GET OUT AND DRIVE!!!
