2000 Volkswagen mk4 GTi VR6 with mk4 R interior trim.
Has remained in the same family since new.
Starts and runs great, well maintained, no rust.
Seat leather upholstery is in good condition, no cracks or tears, but the drivers seat does show some wear.
New timing chains, guides, tensioners, and sprockets and clutch.
Tires and brakes have less than 2000 miles on them.
Headlight lenses were upgraded to glass. They look great and will never fade or scratch like the factory acrylic lenses.
This car has never been raced, wrecked, or abused.
Aluminum oil pan was replaced with steel pan after crack was discovered.
It has original paint, which is heavily oxidized on hood and roof and there are small chips and scratches in various locations, primarily the front. It may be possible for the paint to be fixed without a complete respray.
Damaged areas can be seen in the last 4 pics including:
1. Oxidized paint on roof and hood
2. Small dent behind the driver's side rear wheel caused by pulling up too close to an ATM machine
3. Small piece broken off the corner of the front bumper on the passenger side caused by the mechanic when the bumber was removed in order to replace the timing set and clutch.
