If a deposit is not received and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders, on a first come first serve basis. PayPal will be accepted only for a deposit not for full payment. Pennsylvania buyers will pay sales tax and registration. Temporary Transit Tags are available for $75, which will provide valid registration in all states for 30 days.
