The C55 AMG is an excellent performing car for its age. It makes 362hp and 376 ft/lb of torque while only weighing 3500 lbs. These cars were only offered in 2005 and 2006 in the US and there were less that 2000 of them brought into the country making them pretty rare. These cars hold up incredibly well, the leather interiors ever seem to get old and the m113 engine is known for its longevity. The C55 also comes with a finned differential cover to cool the rear differential. The suspension and steering feel is unique to this car in comparison to other non AMG W203s. The C55 also comes with a factory Harman Kardon sound system, xenon headlights, AMG front brakes, and 18 inch AMG wheels only offered on this specific model.

I purchased the car in early 2023, during my ownership I have put approximately 30k miles on the car. I have done lots of maintenance throughout my ownership mostly due to the vehicles age. It always gets oil and filter changes every 5k miles. Because the car has spent most of its life in California and Florida I ceramic coated the entire car using Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light and EXO V5 to protect the paint from the sun. The paint on the car is in excellent condition aside from the front bumper, hood, and rear lip spoiler (Pictures included). The original subwoofer was blown so I installed a Rockford Fosgate 10" and mounted it upside down to the roof of the trunk to maintain as much trunk space as possible. The subwoofer is ran using the original wiring and amp and sounds a step above stock, an auxiliary amp would probably get a lot more out of the sub. There are only a couple of issues with the car, one of the remote keys does not work to lock or unlock the car with the fob but it will start the car. The other key will lock and unlock the car but it needs to be pointed at the drivers door handle. The rear sunshade sometimes gets stuck in the up position but it does work.
