Upcoming personal and family priority shift requires I part with my Project.  I have been the owner of this car for the last 5-years.
Car runs and drives, motor is strong and transmission shifts smoothly. I consider my self an enthusiast and I have put a lot into this project while I have had it. I would consider my general “maintenance” bar to be above average. OEM parts only unless there is documented evidence of a superior design from the aftermarket. All fluids and filters are current and have been exchanged at the correct interval or sooner If I did not have evidence of last change.

List of major maintenance/cosmetic issues with the car:

*Roof panel needs to be repaired and repainted. I don’t have a story to tell here beyond what the photos say.  The car came to me with this damage not disclosed. The damage does not allow for water ingress as studied extensively by me though CO winters and summers
*Rear spring mounts need to be replaced. Bump stops currently non-existent.
*Needs a new A/C compressor.
*Has an upper oil pan leak, three to five drops of oil overnight after being driven to full operating temp. Never requires an oil top off between oil changes. Leak diagnosed by Alliance in Loveland CO.
*Needs a new front marker lamp. Error code on MFD.
*Sunroof is inoperable, not yet diagnosed.
*Needs one door lock actuator.
*Drivers master window switch is funky, requires care but does operate all windows.
*Rear door ash tray missing (see photos)

Major work I have completed or have documentation of being completed (not including general maintenance, spark plugs ect.:

*All for door control modules and both seat control modules replaced with new OEM.
*Shocks replaced, Koni Raid.
*Both motor mounts and transmission mount replaced.
*Springs replaced, OEM orange/yellow stripe
*New front and rear bumpers, OEM used not period correct, this was a vanity decision, not a repair.
*New OEM rotors and brake pads at all corners.
*New drag link
*New steering stabilizer
*New windshield, frame was inspected for rust with glass out and none found.
*Engine oil cooler resealed with new gaskets.
*Engine removed and reconditioned at 266,000 miles (2014) for leaking valve stem seals (under previous owner), Cylinders honed, new piston rings, new rod bearings, heads rebuild and decked. Work done by Mercedes of Santa Fe (New Mexico).
*Full exhaust system replaced. The car came to me with a Kleemann header kit welded to a lower quality pair of mufflers and side exit exhaust tips. If you look up the Kleemann note the crossover pipe that connects the two banks and its routing under the frame. Perfect location to drag on rocks ect. One of the welds on the passenger header was cracked and rather than repairing the weld I opted for new MBH headers with GESi G-sport 3” catalytic converters and a used pair of g55 “sport” mufflers and OEM brackets. I searched and searched for a full OEM exhaust system to no avail. The sound is not full OEM quiet (not actually sure what this sound is so an assumption here) but is not going to upset any neighbors.
*Radio is aftermarket to add Bluetooth connection to a phone. https://www.continental-aftermarket.com ... /dab-radio. Speakers are new Polk DB series with custom adapters made by a member here. The factory speakers were crumbling.

As the exhaust system is aftermarket buyers are responsible for checking and complying with local emissions rules where car is planned to be registered.
