1971 International 1210 Custom Travelall
Listed on behalf of the owner.Located near EUGENE, OREGON.
International Harvester was a pioneer in mechanized farm equipment and later, trucks and automobiles. They offered their first truck, a modified buggy with a cargo bed, in 1907. Over the years, they continued to make serviceable vehicles that were reliable and could take a beating. This 1971 International Travelall 1210 Custom Wagon has been one family owned in Oregon from new. It is a 3/4 ton with automatic transmission and factory air conditioning. It was purchased for pulling a travel trailer on family vacations, which accounts for its limited use and low miles. Current total mileage is 43,597. It wears its original "Lime Green Iridescent" factory paint in very good condition throughout with only some minor road rash showing on a few portions of the body from towing over gravel roads. (See closeup photos.) From a few feet away, it is not noticeable and likely a buffing and detail would enhance its already very good appearance. The body is straight with excellent panel fit. Interior is in exceptional condition, confirming the low, original mileage. Green vinyl seats with cloth inserts show no wear. No rips, stains or damage. Carpet is very good. Headliner excellent. Original plastic wrappers are still on the sun visors. Nice dashboard, steering wheel and gauges. Radio, heater and FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS TAKEN FOR THIS LISTING THAT SHOW CURRENT CONDITION. Original 345 cubic inch V8 engine produces 235 horsepower at 4,000 rpm. Automatic transmission. Power-Lok (limited slip) rear differential. Upgraded with newer Holley carburetor. Runs and drives well. Rated at 6,100 lbs. GVW. Overall length 187" (15 ft. 6in.) 2-inch receiver trailer hitch mounted below the rear bumper with trailer wiring harness plug. Auxiliary fuel tank for extended mileage.
PLEASE SEE VIDEO TOUR, ABOVE, WITH ENGINE RUNNING.If the video link is inactive, please go to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXbZOPTBZ6M If you want to hit the road in retro-style, this is a great way to go. You would be hard-pressed to find another original Travelall in this condition, with one-family ownership history, limited use and LOW miles.

WE HAPPILY SELL TO BUYERS WORLDWIDE AND CAN ASSIST WITH SHIPPING ANYWHERE.

Values of good vintage SUVs have increased as most originals were used up back in the day, leaving few survivors. A realistic reserve has been placed on this Travelall in keeping with its condition, low-milage and one-family ownership. Please bid accordingly.
THANKS for looking and GOOD LUCK!

Terms of Sale

Please ask all questions before bidding. Your personal inspection is invited before the close of the auction. Only you know if the vehicle is right for you. All descriptions are based upon information provided by the seller and our own personal inspection of the vehicle. Obviously, with any collector vehicle there are internal areas that cannot be inspected, but the description is based upon the seller's representations and our observation of the vehicle. For that reason, the vehicle in this listing is being sold "as-is" with no warranties of any kind expressed or implied.
