General Terms: 

High bidder to send $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of Auction. We accept the following forms of payment: Certified Check, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (Add 4% processing fee), or Cash in Person within 3 days of Auction ending. All Sales are Final. 

The sale is subject to the following conditions: 

This vehicle is being sold As Is, with No Warranty.

May sell to the Highest Bidder if Reserve is not met; will entertain offers before the end of Auction. Super Action Auto reserves the right to terminate this Auction at any time.  

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer but Super Action Auto may help by providing contact information, if possible. 

Sale is Not Final till all fees have been paid in full and paperwork has been signed and returned, at which time Super Action Auto will transfer ownership of title. 

Out-Of-State Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales tax for their state of residence. Sales tax for Florida Buyers will be added to final total at time of sale.
