Security deposit:

 $500 deposit is due 24 hours of auction completion. Preferable method of down payment is PayPal. If you don't have PayPal account, you may contact our internet manager for other payment methods. 

 The acceptable methods of payment are: ~Bank Wire Transfer, ~Certified Bank Check, ~Direct Deposit or ~Cash in person. We do not offer financing for the vehicles sold on eBay!!!Down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade-in vehicles, unless agreed/specified. Any guarantee offer for the vehicle would be voided if payments are not made in full according to the terms and conditions.  The balance is due within 7 (seven) days. Pickup of the vehicle is within 10 (ten) days of auction completion. 

Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 10 years or with more than 130K miles. Make sure your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange any financing prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for pickup and shipping of the vehicle.

  You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed in the description/photos is included. Please note, that most used vehicles may not have floor mats, second set of keys or remotes and owner manuals. Those items could be obtained by the buyer through a dealer or EBay at a relatively low cost. We do not guarantee these items as well as remote controls and power antennas.

We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We also reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. 

  Please, bid on this auction if you are serious about purchasing the vehicle. Buyer with Feedback less than "10 and "newly created accounts", please contact us before placing your bid. Otherwise it would be retracted. Buyers, who want to retract their bid, please contact us in advance in order not to be excluded from further auction.  PLEASE, BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER TO OFFER THE SECOND CHANCE OPTION.

Keep in mind, that no used vehicle is absolutely perfect. It may or will have some minor normal wear or minor imperfections (interior, exterior) as it is used and has been driven. The advertised mileage on some vehicles may increase up to +1000 miles, as they go through inspection/mechanical check up  and regular customer's test drives. Some used vehicles may have some previous paintwork/PDR to refinish scratches, minor imperfections and to eliminate door dings.

When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is eight (8) years old will show more wear than one that is three (3) years old. Please remember that you are bidding on a quality pre-owned automobile. Every effort is made to accurately and fairly describe our vehicles. All pre-owned automobiles may or may not have some imperfections from normal everyday use. We will do our best to openly disclose any noticeable defects in our auctions by uploading up to 100 photos to the car description and could make some more additional photos /info on demand. Some common signs of wear might include door dings, scratches, dents, paint touch-ups, rock chips, normal convertible top wear, bumper marks, paint flaws, windshield stone marks, normal tire and wheel wear, and minor interior, electrical (light bulbs, switches, etc.), brake wear, suspension, minor cracks and mechanical wear (normal for mileage). We do not guarantee inspection on any vehicle for any state. Vehicle is purchased with any inspection shown in the photos only! ALL THIRD PARTY INSPECTIONS HAS TO BE DONE BEFORE THE AUCTION OVER!!!

Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payment is cleared by our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state

 ~ All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within 10 (ten) days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $10/day for cars, and 20$ for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size.

  ~ We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.

 Warranty

This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgments solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

PICK-UP: Buyer is responsible for vehicle pick-up.

We are open from 9AM to 7PM weekdays, and if scheduled in advance, we will be able to release vehicles from our storage location on Saturday as well.

Fees and Taxes

Fee and Tax Information:

A $200.00 processing fee will be added to the final price (total value of the auction). This fee includes: ~documentation and paperwork, ~auto tag and notary services, ~messenger fees, ~title transfer, ~listing fees, ~car post sale inspection. This fee is not negotiable. It is a fixed amount for any car-purchaser, and dealers are not an exception.  

   Out-of-state buyers are responsible for paying taxes in their own states as well as other applicable vehicle registration/inspection fees.
