A seamless blend of road-legal yet racing-inspired powertrain (no IMS bearing - dry sump system), tuned coilover suspension, and mathematically sculpted aerodynamic components, the 996 GT3 stands as one of the first modern motorsport-oriented 911s granted to the United States. There are few cars of this caliber in existence – this GT3 is one of only 2,313 produced globally and one of an estimated 167 units delivered to the United States in 2005. 
Built in October 2004 (2005MY), the then-new car sold in Arlington, Virginia in September 2005.
