Thanks, viewing my listing.  This is not your average Catalina.   Cleaner than most and as good as it looks if not better.

I am listing this car for a friend that is not too familiar with on line sales.

To begin with the odometer shows 26,358 which appears to be the original mileage to the car, though it is not documented.   I cannot sell it as such, but please judge for yourself.     

The body is very straight all panels appear to be original no bodywork that is visible or obvious.  However, in the pile of receipts there was receipt  for some touch up work on the bottom of the doors.  If it was not mentioned it is virtually undetectable.   Doors close well and the hinges are tight, no door sag.

 The engine starts with the click of a key, there is no smoke engine runs very smooth.  At idle when sitting in the car it is so smooth that if wasn’t for the exhaust rumble you would be hard pressed to know it is running, it is that smooth!   The engine compartment looks as it did 52 years ago.  Note the chrome valve covers, nice touch. 

The interior is as nice as it gets, I tried all the accessory’s blower motor, wipers, horn, lights, are working order.  The clock, rear defrost, and A/C are inoperative.  

 The undercarriage is super clean.  Car was purchased new in Pennsylvania, the second owner

was in Arizona, third owner resided in South Carolina.

In the past year the tires, were replaced, new exhaust installed, new starter motor, exhaust manifold gaskets replaced.  Transmission was removed and re-sealed.

I believe the pictures speak for themselves and tell the story,  but feel free to ask questions as needed.

I am sure I missed a detail or two ?
