2002 Ford E350 dual-rear-wheel cutaway cab/chassis with a V8 5.4 liter gas engine and auto transmission. The GVWR is 11,500#, the wheelbase is 176, the cab to axle is 120. It has 223,400+ miles on it and starts/shifts/runs good. The cat converter was stolen a couple years ago, so the exhaust is open at the moment. It has AC that is non-functioning and crank windows. The cutaway cab back is currently covered with a piece of OSB that has seen better days but keeps the cab dry. This was used to transport ambulance bodies to the paint shop that were being refurbished and re-mounted onto new chassis. It was very handy since the wheelbase was long enough to be able to paint the ambulance module on the chassis without having to remove it.
1984 E-One rescue / utility module. This was in front line service in a fire/rescue service its entire life and retired with 12,000 miles on it. The original chassis was a 1984 regular cab Chevy with dual rear wheels and a 454CI v8 gas motor. The engine caught fire and we sold that chassis separately. It is all-aluminum, it measures 60 cab to axle, 93 wide, 116 long with an additional 10 step bumper. Overall height on this chassis is 92, it measures 60 from frame rail surface to top of mod, and the frame rail mounts are 31 center to center. It has a large pull out tray in the rear and the front two side compartments with open storage on the rest of the compartments. It has some wood shelves and O2 bottle holders in it now that can be easily removed. The add-on aluminum diamond plate boxes on top have lids and can be removed if not wanted. It has 6 Whelen 600 series white/red warning lights. It is very solid with almost zero corrosion. I had plans to re-mount it on another truck chassis to sell, but my other business ventures have taken priority.
This would make an excellent walk-around mini rescue or utility truck when mounted on the correct chassis. This is not the chassis this utility module was made for, but it is solidly mounted to it and will be sold as a package, I will not separate. Shoot me a message with any questions.
