Vehicle Details

This '57 T-Bird was part of an estate. The owner had taken everything apart in order to start his restoration, but he apparently passed away before he got very far. It has a clean Florida title, with an affirmation note from the executor. It's a fairly solid car, frame looks pretty good, but needs a repair at the bottom front of the rear wheel area (see pics). The bumpers are straight with decent chrome, not pitted. The trunk is full of misc. chrome & parts It appears to have been a 312 3 speed. The trans. and shifter parts are pictured; there is no motor: it appears he was going to put a newer engine in it- note that the front engine mount was removed, but it's readily available. The trunk is pretty solid; the floorboards have some cheap patchwork, the quarters had wheel arch patches tacked in. The hardtop needs all redone, has good glass. The tires are old Firestone 14" poly, good tread but with some weather checking. Windshield is good with one small chip. If a buyer is in the area of Medina44256 they are welcome to have a look.
