Very low miles, 25,xxx!!

Fresh oil change, new battery, filters replaced

Heat functions well, cold A/C

Replaced all brake pads and rotors

Tires have plenty of tread left. 

Interior is in pretty good condition, with no tears or rips in the seats

Transmission shifts good

Has slight noise coming from rear passenger area when driving
