Rover drives and stops like it should, like the legendary off road tractor it is!!!!!!  No rust issues anywhere, new chassis is in good shape, lower doors are also good. Transfer case has normal seepage like they all do. Vehicle is for sale locally and auction can end at anytime. Inspections are encouraged and must be completed before end of auction.
