Only part of the engine P-pump conversion that is not included for the 24 valve engine is the injector lines. The rest of the conversion parts needed for this such as motor mounts. Rust free Florida vehicle with clean, clear Florida title 2003 Ford excursion 4X4 loaded, Eddie Bauer, edition 100% stock grandpa truck. I am the second owner. I have the original window sticker and a full file of all maintenance that’s been done to it since New, I purchased this from the original owner who was a 76-year-old man who purchased it new in 2003, this excursion was always well cared for and well-maintained. I have tons of maintenance receipts from the original owner as well as the original factory window sticker, it ran perfect for the first year I had it. Then it started developing 1 and sometimes 2 sticking injectors, I had it Diagnosed and 6.0 guys call it stiction. The video of the engine running was late this spring, but it was taken AFTER the injectors started having stiction, it doesn't happen every time. As it does run and drive, however this problem would need to be addressed, I wouldn't recommend driving long distances as when it does happen, it severely limits the power and speed of the vehicle.
I searched a long time to find the perfect truck in the perfect condition for my Cummins 24 valve P-pump conversion, the truck currently is untouched and in its original condition and looks runs and drives very nice, however I’m including in the sale a perfect condition 87,000 mile Cummins 24 valve engine from a 2002 ram 2500 and the pump conversion parts needed for the engine!
