****89867 ORIGINAL MILES!  This is a beautiful small SUV that runs great, goes where you want it to go (and sips gas on the way!), stops where you need it to stop, is very well cared for, and is immaculate inside and out.  It is the perfect car for commuting to work, for that son or daughter needing a solid, dependable car to take to college, as a second car, or (you fill in the blanks)?  If there are any of these Gen 1 CRV's for sale out there with this low a mileage, and in this kind of shape, for what I think it will sell for, then I'd be surprised.  And, if you do find 1 or 2, they are probably not originally from rust free Southern California. These Gen 1 CRV's are well known for being "bullet-proof".  To coin a phrase from (approx) the 1960's-90's, 'it takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'".

The CRV is in it's original form.  I've added some nice all-weather floor mats, including rear cargo mat, a Dash Mat, and OEM Chrome wheel covers.  The previous owner actually installed slip-on seat covers in order to keep the original upholstery in great shape.  Although the seat covers did fit very well, and matched closely matched the original seats, I removed them not long ago.  Those seats look like brand new.

Recent Maintenance:

New Hankook Kinergy ST tires at 88722 miles (1145 miles ago!)

In February 2023, @ 88900 miles the car received the following New Parts, and work:
Timing Belt, Belt Tension Idler Spring, Engine front crankshaft seal, Water Pump, All 3 Drive Belts, Camshaft Seals, Valve Cover Seal, Valve Adjustment, Spark Plugs, Driver's side Engine Mount, and Oil & Filter Change.  BTW, I bought all 3 engine mounts, but only need the one, so the other two Mounts (parts only) go with the car.

I have the original window sticker for this car, which reflects an EPA Gas mileage of 22 mpg- City, and 25 mpg-Highway.  It is indeed a gas sipper.

Why am I selling the CRV?  I thought I needed a second car where we spend the winters.  Well, look at the mileage.  Turns out I didn't really need a second car anyway.  So, it's not so much the $ I have invested it the car as, I'm a car guy, and I don't like to have cars just sit idle most of the time, and not be driven.
