The smooth glass top stove is part of the Wabasto Diesel heating system which includes central heater throughout camper, water heater, and stove, all powered by the additional diesel tank. The extra tank increases the diesel capacity to 70 gallons. Plenty of cabinets and drawer to keep dishes, etc.

*Bathroom: The fresh water tank holds 77 gallons, allowing for many hot showers before needing to be refilled. The full sized wet bath has a full shower and cassette toilet with its own electric flush feature. There is a ceiling vent fan in the shower area.

*Bedroom: The loft bedroom area has a Queen bed currently, but will accommodate up to a King. There is an escape ceiling hatch, along with fantastic fan for ventilation. The smart TV mounted on a swing away mount offers entertainment. There is plenty of headroom to sit up in the bed area.

*Electrical: There are 3 large solar panels on the roof providing 810 watts to the Schneider controller that feeds the 3000 watt invertor, and charges the 8 house batteries for a total of 800 amp hours. Shore power will also run the entire electrical system and charge the batteries, along with the truck charging while driving. 12 volt/110AC outlets are throughout with USB ports. The Norcold fridge runs on 12v and 110 AC. The AC mini split system is in place, but will need the wire and line sets ran to attach to the batteries and outdoor unit. All wiring is meticulously ran and labeled with individual circuit breakers, with easy access in the electrical space.

The front steel bumper houses a 12,000 lb Warn winch and LED lights. There are cab lights, and emergency vehicle LED lighting surrounding the camper for security and campsite lighting. Many more features and accessories. The vehicle is registered as an RV, so insurance is less expensive, and international travel to Mexico and beyond is not a problem.

I have a 3rd party appraisal in hand for $275,000, and this is before all upgrades were completing.
