Condition: We are in the business of selling used auto parts. As such they are many times weathered, dirty, greasy, a little worn, rusty and with minor bumps and bruises. “They are NOT NEW in a package."
I attempt to describe and show parts as they are; please look carefully at the photos and or contact me for more information before you buy. Sometimes generic photos are used on small parts as we are in the business of selling used parts we do not have time to photograph each item in inventory however the ad will state what year, make and model it came from and condition. Also remember we are human and as such make mistakes, we try to keep these to a minimum. If you see or think there are errors in our ads, please contact us. If you receive the wrong part, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue or refund your money. If in doubt, please ask questions or ask for specific photos before you bid. “Remember these are used parts and are not perfect. I only resell parts I deem salvageable and re usable and scrap the rest."
Who we Are: My business is buying, selling, restoring, and collecting vintage vehicles and I am always trying to help other enthusiasts. I maintain an inventory of trucks we are parting out and nearly 10 thousand square feet of yard and parts warehousing here in Sacramento. I do accept reasonable offers on my products if so listed otherwise the price is the price if you need it buy it otherwise look elsewhere. Parts are sold locally daily and can be removed at any time.
Business Hours: We operate from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, Tuesday through Saturday; we are closed Sunday and Monday. I attempt to return emailed inquires within 24 hours of receipt. I also will be happy to carry on extended email conversations with potential customers who are looking to purchase products from us. “This means if you buy on Saturday your parts will not ship until Tuesday of the following week so do not open a case with eBay when your part does not show up on Monday.”
Shipping: Free shipping is free shipping within the continental United States, ie does not include Alaska or Hawaii. Calculated shipping is only an estimate and I find many times these calculations from eBay are incorrect on calculated shipping, a handling fee is charged to cover packing materials and labor on larger items, i.e. hoods, doors, fenders, etc. If there is a discrepancy in actual cost and the calculated estimate you will be notified and ask to pay the difference or you may receive a refund, if in doubt please ask. We attempt to ship smaller in stock items within 1 to 2 business days of payment for your order. Larger items and items that must be removed from a vehicle prior to shipping may take a little longer, we do advise you of this and give a tentative shipping date. We recommend shipping insurance on glass and other fragile products we make no guarantees against breakage or damage in shipping and on fragile items charge for special packing.
