1953 Studebaker 2R5 Pickup, finished in flat black, red vinyl interior. It's powered by a 472 cubic inch Cadillac engine paired with a recently rebuilt (per previous owner) TH 400 automatic transmission. Ford 9" rear end.
New carburetor, electric choke, alternator, battery, power steering pump, hoses, belts, spark plugs, valve covers, exhaust system with flow masters, state of the art fuse block, wiring, master cutoff switch, tailgate, bed mat, gauges, tires, 18" wheels and epoxy, hot rod black paint. Additionally, the brake system has been upgraded with a dual master cylinder, front disc brakes and SS lines. New cab mounts and rocker panels have been installed and more.
Lights, turn signals, brake lights, gauges etc. work. Has a gps speedo.
the truck needs some repairs, including the windshield wipers, horn, and passenger door glass, safety switches on shifter, seat belts etc. . Some rust is present on the floor pans (It's a 70 year old truck). the truck was built over 20 years ago and no indication of rust issues on the body, so apparently (in my opinion) any repairs were done correctly.
straight axle (with new shocks), No a/c, No heater, handles like a 53 Truck. I have only drove this truck for about 150 miles on local roads no apparent issues
If I were to keep it I would add a new front clip and A/C but not willing to put that much more money and work into. (I got old this year 79) THE PRICE IS RIGHT I could do better parting it out. embarrassed to admit I have documentation showing i have spent in excess of $17k on this project. Hence 10K is firm and a deal for someone.

Folks I've had at least 3 serious buyers that had to back out at the last minute do to "running it by their wife" after the fact. Please lets not waste your time and mine if your significant other isn't on board. Thanks.
And SCAMMERS: I am not stupid and I don't take anything other than cash in person or a bank to bank transfer that clears ,before I will release the vehicle.
