Interior is mostly brand new. Including new carpet, new healdiner, new dash trim prices, etc. Front seats have new seat upholstery and foam. Driver seat upholstery has not been installed yet. It does need rear seat upholstery and a radio to be completely finished inside.
Has brand new wheels and tires and lugnuts as well.
I’ve invested over $32,000 in the car already. Only selling because I’m moving.
Here is what the car needs to be finished and what all needs to be done to the body:
- needs front end alignment
- has a small leak on power steering control valve
- Valves need adjustment since engine is fresh with less than a couple of hours on it.
- needs rear seat upholstery
- needs a radio (already has new speakers installed)
- needs lower quarter panel, has a small rust hole in passenger front fender, has some small rust areas in trunk pan at the taillights.
- has various dents across body and roof and a large dent on driver quarter panel
The car was originally a 289 automatic XL. I changed it over to a 390 4-speed using all correct parts including foot pedals, console plate, z-bar etc. The only way possible to tell this car is not a 390 4-speed from the factory is the VIN number. It is a true XL.
