This 2009 BMW Z4 , VIN# WBALM53599E160767 was involved in a minor accident in 2019 which damaged the passenger door. Insurance covered replacing the passenger door and the repairs were made. The owner also requested the Headlights to be replaced as well as the Front Bumper and those were also replaced. When the job was complete the customer refused to pay for the headlights and bumper and abandoned the vehicle at the collision center. The collision center contacted the customer multiple times to resolve the issue and pick the car up. It's been stored at the collision center since then and in early 2024 the owners of the collision center accepted an offer to purchase the business. At this time they started the legal process for an abandoned vehicle resulting in a Court Order allowing the sale and re-titling of the vehicle.
The car is runs and drives great and appears to be in excellent condition!!! The owner of the collision center put brand new tires on it in preparation to sell it so they have less than 15 miles on them! It has 91,186 Miles on it. The windshield has a crack in it, it has a low tire, the Hood and the Trunk shocks need to be replaced. We haven't seen any other imperfections at all!!!
With this being an abandoned vehicle, we don't know any details about this vehicle other than what we have stated here in the auction. Please read the auction carefully and completely. - Your bid is a legal and binding contract! Non paying bidders will be reported!
- A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is due within 72 hours of auctions end.
- Delivery within 150 miles can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Balance is to be paid in full within 7 (seven) days of auctions end.
- Vehicle is to be picked up within 7 (seven) days of auctions end.
- Vehicles left over 7 days will be charged $25.00 Per Day storage upon pickup.

“Abandoned motor vehicle,” means a motor vehicle or trailer: |
| (A) Which has been left by the owner or some person acting for the owner with an automobile dealer, repairman, or wrecker service for repair or for some other reason and has not been called for by such owner or other person within a period of thirty-days (30) after the time agreed upon; or within thirty-days (30) after such vehicle is turned over to such dealer, repairman, or wrecker service when no time is agreed upon; or within thirty-days (30) after the completion of the necessary repairs; |
| (B) Which is left unattended on a public street, road, or highway or other public property for a period of at least five-days (5) and when it reasonably appears to a law enforcement officer that the individual who left such motor vehicle unattended does not intend to return and remove such motor vehicle. However, on the state highway system, any law enforcement officer or employee of the Department of Revenue to whom enforcement authority has been designated pursuant to §32-6-2 of the OCGA may authorize the immediate removal of vehicles posing a threat to public health or safety or to mitigate congestion, |
| (C) Which has been lawfully towed onto the property of another at the request of a law enforcement officer and left there for a period of not less than thirty-days (30) without anyone having paid all reasonable current charges for such towing and storage, |
| (D)Which has been lawfully towed onto the property of another at the request of a property owner on whose property the vehicle was abandoned and left there for a period of not less than thirty-days (30) without anyone having paid all reasonable current charges for such towing and storage; or |
| (E) Which has been left unattended on private property for a period of not less than thirty-days (30). |
