This beautiful Diamond T was nearly finished being restored when I bought it as a project.  I made a deal with my wife that it wouldn't be here (no where to keep it) more than 6 months.  We are at 5 months and its too hot for me to keep working on it after work in the sun.  It still has plenty of tinkering left to do but I believe that you if know what you are doing and have the time you could have it running and driving in a few days.  Everything looks to be restored or rebuilt or was fully functional when the Previous owner sent it to auction.  I have started it using my RV battery and starting fluid.  Before the truck gets started on gas it needs a few things.  The oil pressure gauges\ needs to be hooked up to make sure its getting oil before running.  The fluids in the transmission and rear end need to be checked.  It came with a new wiring harness which is partially installed so I hot wired it to see if it kicked over.  So it will need the proper size 6 volt battery, positive ground installed,  the wires are there.  It needs the fuse rack installed and wired along with the headlights,  turn signals etc.  there are no rear brake lights on it so you will need to put on after market and wire them.  The fuel system is hooked up and appears to be new or rebuilt fuel pump, carburetor, gas tank.  The main thing to get it running is it needs someone to figure out the timing, hook up the manual advance, set the points and dwell etc.  It did kick over so I know those things are all close.  The tilt out windshield is there but the cranks need to be hooked up and I think one small part is missing from one side.  A freeze plug needs to be installed, for some reason they only put 4 of the 5 in. There were a few scratches made by the shipping company when they transported it so it will need a little touch up.  I found some touchup paint that is really close.   It will come with a bunch of the old parts, some new weather striping, a new floor mat and anything else that came with the truck when I bought it.  Mileage is unknown as the gauges were restored and reset
This could be a really fun project for someone to finish up and get on the road.  It is sold as is where is with no guarantees.  I have described it as best I can.
