1979 Lincoln Mark V- This car is a natural beauty with approximately 15,000 original miles at $26,500 this car speaks for itself. So read on if this is your type of ride. I purchased this car from the original owner, making me only the second owner. This Mark V is 95% original, never driven in snowy weather and always garaged. This Lincoln is well equipped as the following description will show. This car features: The original factory white paint which is in very good condition as is the brand new dark blue Landau Roof with Opera Windows. The dark blue body moldings and new roof also match the beautiful original dark blue leather seats. The dashboard has no cracks, blemishes or discoloring. The door panels look like new as well as the headliner and the matching blue carpet, making the interior overall very, very good.The power seats, power windows, power door locks, power antenna, cruise control and tilt steering wheel all work as they did when the car left the showroom. The only issue is with the original quartz clock not working properly. The factory a/c is working very well blowing iced cold air. All other dash gauges and new LED dash lights are working properly. What I have added is a new am/fm touch screen radio with all the modern-day amenities such as: Back up camera and Apple Car Play/Android Auto.This beauty rides on two-year-old wide white walled tires, which are mounted on the original factory turbine style rims secured by McGard wheel locks. There are also brand new shock absorbers and brand new coil springs all around. New rear brake pads and brand-new rear calipers have been installed recently. In the trunk is the full-size spare tire and the original factory bumper jack. All wheel well trim is in very nice condition. Both headlight doors are vacuum operated and fully functional with no issues. New HID sealed beam headlights have been added. Now about the mechanics of this beautiful rolling work of art. The original 6.6 Liter V-8 engine has plenty of power to move this big body Lincoln. The original 3-speed select shift automatic transmission shifts through the gears seamlessly. Both engine and transmission have no issues. This Mark V idles and runs smoothly. Included will also be a new original owner’s Manual. I will also be including a full tank of 91 octane premium gas.
