Here we go!!  The day has come to auction off my mom's 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora.  My parents bought this car new from Gerald Oldsmobile in Naperville, IL when I was a senior in college back in November of 2001.  It has been under their continued ownership occupying the same space in their garage since it left the dealer lot new.  Being this is probably one of nine original owner Oldsmobile Aurora's left on the planet, in combination with my parents propensity to treat their belongings like new born babies, I have been waiting seven years to post this auction and we are now finally here!

My father owned and led a six-sigma manufacturing consulting firm and my mother had her own interior design firm both of which were operated with maximum precision and long term focus.  How does this pertain to this fine 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora you ask?  Well, my parents basically treat every vehicle, appliance, pair of shoes and even their lawn mower as if it were a one-off, bespoke, Rolls-Royce Phantom...This Aurora has been driven it's entire life with the level delicacy as if a Faberge Egg were in the passenger seat and maintained as if it were expected to last the Rolex 24-Hours of Daytona.  In the late-2010's they added another car to the garage so this has been used sparingly since then with approx 5,000 miles put on it since 2018.
