About this vehicle
This 2005 Mini Cooper is a project vehicle. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great however the transmission has gone outSeller's Notes
Over $2000 in brand new installed partsVehicle Details
So let’s start with the good. Car is pretty clean for its age and does run. Has a brand new fuel pump, fuel filter, ignition coil, spark plugs, clutch, fly wheel, clutch slave cylinder, both front axles, sway bar links lower control arms and front ball joints and a cold air intake.
Now the bad. 5 speed manual transmission has a bad bearing. Car does start and technically it can move but the transmission makes horrible noises and the clutch hasn’t been bled so the gears grind trying to go into gear. I just no longer have enough money to throw at fixing the transmission.
All that being said it will definitely need trailered away. Ran wonderfully before the transmission bearing went out. So many brand new parts, most of them with 0 miles on them including the clutch.
