This truck was made by ford as a electric vehicle.  It can be seen in the movie Who Killed the Electric Car.

It has 8098 miles on it.

It has a Nickel Metal Hydride battery that is currently not working.

Truck ran fine when we last used it, was getting around 55 miles per charge.

We left it sit for too long and the battery went to low to be charged.

Ford made 1500 of these EVs from 98 to 02

1100 of them were said to be destroyed by Ford (see movie)

That makes this a very rare truck.  

You can put your own battery in or have it installed.

All lights and radio turn on fine.

Has two brand new tires 

Comes with adapter from level 2 charger to Ford truck

Can be put in neutral and rolled onto a delivery semi.
