'08 Honda CRV-- 3-year-old total repaint, garage kept no hail damage. Vehicle in parking lot bumped into right rear fender past rear door was straightened out and insurance paid, we added additional money to repaint entire vehicle. Has a few small front end rock chips, other than that paint appears as new. 2 very small chips in windshield, headlights clean and clear. Roof rack rails (no roof rack) sunroof works perfectly. Interior, see pictures of some wear, but no tears in outer bolsters of both front seats, rest of interior in excellent condition, perfect headliner, rear seats, floor mats and carpets, door panels. A/C & heater work excellent, dual controls. Radio let's talk about the radio! AM/FM/CD/NAV. with Changer and 4 speakers, works perfectly, sounds great! PROBLEM-the date is wrong and changes on its own! The Honda dealer claims this is a "satellite" issue as a recall not resolved by Honda as of yet. It never has bothered me as the date is the only issue. Owner's manuals, receipts. 16 mpg town, about 24 HWY at 70 mph. Recent battery, oil change (synthetic only, 10-30 summer, 5-30 winter) done routinely, timing chain with no issues, air cleaner, cabin filter replaced, spark plugs, transmission oil changed 1 year ago, anti-freeze recently changed. New tires, struts and shocks, excellent mechanical condition, spare tire and all equipment, ready for a road trip, can be driven across the country without concerns. The engine is Ceratec treated, that is a Liqui Moly coating treatment made in Germany and is endorsed by BMW, Porsche, Mercedes Benz and the TVU of Germany, (that's their DOT). This treatment is good for 30,000 miles which is now about 7,000 miles into that. Go to their website and read more information if you are interested in learning more about this.
