Well, it hurts to write this, but time to sell my 2012 LR4 HSE Key Points:
-83,xxx miles, all in New Mexico, Arizona and California (no salt), currently located in Redlands, CA
VIN :SALAG2D48CA627609
-I bought it in 2020 from the second owners (nice family), after a nationwide search for an HD package, no salt exposure, and not in black.
-Clean CA title on hand. Was in a minor fender bender on passenger side earlier this year (I have full receipts for repairs and the Carfax showing it on hand to share, basically passenger side door skins, some trim, and the paint).
-HD Package (!) (so it has the center and rear lockers)
-Cold Weather Package (so heated wheel and windshield, which are awesome in the winter, plus middle row is heated)
-Tow Package (the green key got buggered, so I would replace before towing, but for bike/ski racks, it works great)
-Both keys included and work great
-Water pump and front/rear crossover pipes done in the last 1k miles (full receipts on in the pictures)
- Orkney Grey Exterior, Tan Interior.
-Tuff Ant wheels and BFG K02 tires x5 (spare is brand new, kept in the trunk under a cover) (all from 59xxx miles forward, no issues, mostly in town/freeway driving and some snow, maybe a total of 20 miles on some fire roads). Lots of life left, have been rotated.
-OEM full size wheels with okay tires (x5) also included. Full size spare was left in place as a backup to the backup, in extremis
-GAP IID Tool included and synched
-Oil and filter changed every 3,000-3,500 miles
-Front lower control arms replaced at 65k miles
-Cold A/C, everything works as it should
-Land Rover sunshade always used, so the dash leather is in very good condition
Other things to note:
-Paint fade on the rear plastic hatch handle thing (as shown)
-Paint fade on the drivers side above the rear door (as shown)
-Cracked passenger side fog lamp. I never use them, so did not replace it.
-Chip in the windshield (lower passenger side, been there since 2020, has not grown, so I have not replaced it)
-Some scratches on driver side rear wheel arch
-Passenger front armrest is wonky, basically my then five year managed to bugger the mechanism inside, so it is kept in the upright position or it is "floppy" for lack of a better term.
-Puddle lights work but had a "Land Rover" thing installed that has since faded, it looked cool when new (previous owner) but for me, that they're lights is plenty fine.
-Smog is due soon, so I'll get that done so for CA folks that is not a concern.
-I'm getting a "spare tire has low pressure", not sure if its the proper K02 spare or the OEM under the car.
-Some residue from stickers on the rear glass, I just pulled them off, but it'll be fully cleaned. I never put stickers on paint.
-Otherwise, no CELs, maintenance, etc.
Additional notes:
-Middle row has been under a waterproof seat cover (will come with the car) basically since 2020, protecting the leather from my kids
-Never been smoked in
-Weathertech rear cargo floor mat (third row was up/used maybe twice)
-Factory luggage cover thing (That rolls out) is included, I've kept it in a closet as it annoys me, but it comes with the car.
-Factory all weather mats throughout (again, kids)
-Air suspension works fine, as does the auto-leveling
-Happy to help with shipping or in person handoff to the new owner
