2002 Ford Explorer Sport Track.  New Michelin Tires with less than 10,000 miles.   Driven roughly 8 miles to and from Work on Week days for 8 years.  The Truck has been serviced as needed and oil changed regularly.  Our local trustworthy mechanic has been very good about all service needed.  The rear main seal is leaking but our mechanic said it's not bad enough to warrant repair right now. It needs a new paint job.
