This Porsche 356 Speedster replica was delivered new to the original owner in November of 2011 and was acquired by myself this year. The car is finished in gold mist over brown upholstery and is powered by an 1915cc air-cooled flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes dual carburetors, a Bosch ignition coil, polished 17? wheels, front disc brakes, a matching hard top with side curtains along with a tan soft top with side curtains and tonneau cover, front and rear nerf bars, and a Kenwood head unit and speakers. This 356A Speedster replica is offered by the seller with an Arkansas title in the owner’s name listing the car as a 1967 Volkswagen.
When this car was ordered from Vintage Speedsters, Kirk told the buyer that there were no more options he could put on this car. Air conditioning! Hardtop which is rarely seen along with side curtains for each and a stereo underneath. The radio does not power up and I haven't looked to see what the issue is.
The list of extras that were ordered are:
17" Mag Wheels custom from Vintage Speedster
          1915cc Engine
          388 Transmission
          Front disc brakes
          Air Conditioning
          Trunk Carpet
          Hardtop
          Stereo
The original owner bought a new Porsche 911 soon after acquiring this car and it just sat in his garage and wasnt driven much after that. In order to bring the car back to new, I replaced the flat spotted tires, replaced dried and cracked front end rubber boot covers and the foam filler in the engine compartment. A carb rebuild with fresh fuel and a check of the valves and a detailed cleaning and it was back to running and looking like new,
