The flat tire signal doesn't come up when there is a flat. 

One window doesn't open. The other usually open but sometimes not.

One  cigarette lighter socket doesn't work, the other one usually works sometimes i need to push it in harder.

 The above issues are what are known to the owner at the time of listing.
