I have an extremely nice 1967 Mustang for sale and it has no engine or transmission with it. The door data tag reads 63B which is a 2 door fastback with deluxe bucket seats, the color is Y which is Dark Moss Green, Trim is 6G which is Medium and light Ivy gold, date 13A January 13th 1967, BA for the rear end which is 3.00 limited slip which is still in there and seems to be in good condition. number 5 for the transmission which is 4 speed manual. The car was built in Metuchen NJ and I bought the car in NJ. The car is an A code which means it came with a 289 4 barrel from the factory.
We started to take all the under coating off the bottom of the car and we were going to spray it with bedliner but once we started to clean it off the bottom was so nice and the red oxide primer started showing through that we just left it alone after we cleaned it up and you can see pictures of it. The rear end and springs were removed and stripped and refinished as you can see in the pictures.
The car was originally Dark Moss Green but someone painted it red and so we striped the whole car to see what condition it was in. There are pictures in here with the whole car striped and I found a small rust spot in the front fender that I had to patch, the bottom 4 inches of the quarter had to be replaced on the drivers side and a 4x4 piece of metal was replaced on the passenger rear quarter other then that there was no holes in the floors or frame rails or torque boxes they were near perfect as you can see from the pictures. There were no holes in the original deluxe doors and no patching, there are no holes in the tops of the inner aprons where basically all Mustangs rust they were in excellent condition. The car came with no trunk lid and no hood so those are from my stock and we did body work them and put them on the car. None of the rest of the car has any body filler or body work done as to this point but there is some minor body work that still needs to be done as you can see but the body is excellent.
All the stainless is there for both the front windshield and the rear glass and the two pieces that go in the door jamb. All the glass comes with the car, both the front and rear glass are installed already and the side glass and the wing windows you can see in the pictures. The car was a front disc car and the calipers and dust shields come with the car. These are wheels and tires off my 1969 Mustang and they DO NOT COME WITH THE CAR but I have good rollers that hold air that do come with the car. All the fold down rear seat parts are there, all the fastback unique parts for the back area are there and in good shape where they can be dyed and used again. The front seats were also missing when I bought the car but these are correct seats but as you can tell these seat covers are no good and need to be replaced.
After we stripped the car we sprayed the body with epoxy primer and we body work over the epoxy primer so that doesnt have to come off. We have no idea what someone would plan for the car so this is where we stopped. This is an exceptional body the gentleman that had it before he passed away had the car in his garage for over 40 years and you can tell with the little bit of panel replacement this car was not driven in NJ winters.
I have a clean and clear title, I will deliver the car but I charge 35 dollars per hour both ways, plus fuel and hotel and expenses most of the time its cheaper to find a hauler and we have a bobcat here to help load the car by pushing it up if they need. The car is located in Cannon Falls Mn and anyone can come over and look at it. Its being stored inside and as you can see all areas under the car, in the engine compartment and the outside sheetmetal are in excellent condition. I can be reached on my cell phone 6am-6pm and sometimes later 7 days a week and if I miss your call I will return it or feel free to text me. Thanks Kevin Manley 612-275-8722
