1931 A-Model HotRod pickup

This is an excellent example of a 1960's inspired HotRod Pickup.  This ALL-STEEL 1931 Model-A Pickup is a head turner.  This has to be one of the hardest vehicles to photograph, as pictures can not portray the true craftsmanship of this build.  This pickup was featured in TRADITIONAL ROD & KULTURE ILLUSTRATED in the Spring of 2017. The metal work and paint truly set this build apart. The 1931 Cab was chopped 3 inches. The 32 frame rails were pinched and narrowed. A 4 inch drop (cross drilled) I-beam axle was used, and 40 Ford wishbone's were cut and cross-drilled. The 1932 Ford bed was narrowed, as well as a 37 Ford tailgate.  The beautiful Black paint is slick and the underside is just as slick as the top. This pickup can be driven anywhere! The vintage 1960's Edelbrock dual four-barrel Cross Ram on top of a REAL 1969 428 Cobra Jet Big Block is MENACING! The motor was completely rebuilt and does have a great sound with a custom Comp cam, adjustable roller rockers, and one-off custom headers/exhaust. The two Holley 390 CFM carbs are perfect for the street and are dialed in.  The motor is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and compliments this setup well.  The rear-end is a Richmond Quick Change with a 3.50 gear ratio. The interior is metallic red with the dash painted to match the upholstery (engine block and heads painted the same color).  Stewart Warner gauges were used and you can't miss the vintage microphone as a shift knob... If you are looking for a near perfect HotRod truck look no further than this beautiful 1931 pickup (pretty close to a real life Hot Wheels Bone Shaker...)  Clean and clear South Carolina1931 Ford Model-A Truck title.
This vehicle is sold as-is where-is. The buyer is responsible for shipping, however I will be glad to assist a buyer with any arrangements he or she may need.  This vehicle is used and driven, but in very good condition (used as a show car/truck).
