Deposit: We require a non-refundable $700 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Deposits only accepted through a credit card.
Payments: Full payment will only be accepted through Direct Deposit, Wire Transfers or Official Checks. All sales transactions must be completed within 3 calendar days of auction close/offer acceptance. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery/pick-up of the vehicle.

Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for the year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Elite Auto Corporation welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify the existence of options, accessories, the vehicle condition and the vehicle description before time of sale. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Bid Retractions: Bid retractions are not allowed nor will they be recognized within 12 hours of auction end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feed Back Bidders: We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should call or email us prior to bidding.
Winning Bid: The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Elite Auto Corp within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
No Payment: If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of the auction, or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of the auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Applicable Fees are; Out of State Customers fee is 10% of sale price. Illinois Customers will pay $165.00 Title Fee and $151.00 for Illinois Plates, $25.00 for Illinois Registration, Sales Tax (for Illinois Residents and Residents of Tax Reciprocal States with the State of Illinois), plus 10% of sales price.
