About this vehicle

Purchased in 1990 with approximately 43000 miles on it. Then began a frame-off rebuild: The frame was sandblasted and powder-coated. A new 350 Corvette tuned-port-injected engine was purchased from Chevrolet but not installed. Then, all parts were garaged with no work done for over twenty years. It was brought out of storage in 2018 and completed in 2020. Since completion of the build, it has been driven 400 miles. The body interior has been sprayed with bedliner. A new tilt-forward fiberglass hood and fenders were installed and the undersides were also sprayed with bedliner. The doors, tailgate, fender-flares, tailgate, dashboard and grill were all hand formed aluminum and sprayed with clearcoat. All fasteners are stainless steel. The paint is Alfa Romeo dark gray. The engine is stock corvette with stainless fasteners and stainless braided lines on all fuel, power-steering, brake-lines and oil lines. The manual steering has been replaced with a Chevrolet power-steering unit. The headers, mufflers and tailpipes have been aluminized. An aluminum triple core radiator was installed with a custom fan shroud. Rancho shocks and a four-inch lift kit were installed. All brake parts are new. The transfer case, differentials and Muncy 4-speed have all been rebuilt with new bearings, seals and synchros. New 33x12.5x15 tires were installed in 2024 on Centerline Racing wheels. Corbeau racing seats are installed with four-point racing harnesses. All gauges are Stewart Warner and a LeCarre steering wheel is installed. The rear bed has a custom three-drawer, lockable aluminum storage system for valuables.
