Here is a stunning 2001 Boxster 986 with only 36,000 miles

This is a TIPTRONIC car with the base engine.  Performance is very snappy and it is in super clean condition.  It is a blast to drive.  No Smoke!

The car is lovely and super clean in out ns under,  I took it for a drive after these pics and I was super pleased with the performance and sound and feel, the steering is light, the brakes are firm and the shifting in auto mode or occasional downshift was flawless.

Pictures show the JVC Double Din Touchscreen radio conversion with internal GPS and Apple CarPlay (for WAZE etc.)   I added dual USB charge ports in the dash below the radio (looks factory) plus a rear camera (also looks factory) It has  New: Plugs, oil and filter, AOS, Serpentine belt with pully inspection and basic other maintenance.  It was immaculate when I got it including the deap recesses of the engine areas when.  It was obviously garaged and probably never driven in Snow or rain.  

The Soft top is a vinyl rear window and a perfect top that operates perfectly.  AC is cold, all the controls work.  Everything works as it should.

My search revealed it was owned by an 80 year old man before me, and I susspect this was an estate sale to the dealer as the car had little use and still has little use.

I added a Factory HARD TOP in Silver/Gray with a perfect headliner.  The paint on the hardtop is good, not great.  It looks fine and I think very elegant.  If you don’t want the hard top I’ll deduct $1500.

Porsche 17” wheels are perfect in factory finish with Porsche center caps and Porsche wheel locks with key.  They have no curb rash!

Spare tire has zero miles and toolkit is also "as new".  No rips or tears anywhere.

I'm in Newtown CT and willing to bring the car anywhere nearby if you want a PPI should you wish.   You arrange to pay them or we talk about it?  I can also suggest a shipping company that has been great to me if requested.

The Carfax was clean, the title is clean and I'm ready to move it along.  Please ask smart questions and I'll do my best.

This is a stock car with all stock parts, exhaust etc.  I have not replaced the IMS.  

If you are worried about the IMS, please know that it is an accepted fact from Porsche, that it affected only 5% of cars, but at what mileage?  That I don't know, this Boxster is a creampuff with claws.

Yes you can come look at the car and drive it, I'll ask for a disclaimer that if you damage it you buy it and I'll hold your license while you drive it with me.  

There is no way this car was ever tracked, too clean and perfect.

Please note, I am obsesssed with my near perfect feedback, (one idiot left negative which you should read) so trust me if you like... but also please don't waste my time.
