If you are interested in Electric Minis, be aware that in 2023, manufacture of this car switched from Germany to China and the 2025 model year will be subjected to the new 100% import tariff. Worth checking into if you are waiting.

I have driven the car for over 2 years and taken it in for free dealer maintenance service once.  It has required nothing.  It is fun to own a car that doesn't have a calendar service manual.  I am only selling it because a won an auction on a dream car and have only one parking spot.  Still a struggle.

I commute 20 miles to work and in the 2 years have only charged it on a public station twice when I needed to drive more than 100 miles in the day.  Usually I plug it in when I get home every couple of days and I never worry about it.  Admittedly, it would be tough for this to be your only car in a big state like ours.  Not enough charging yet between cities and 1000 mile journeys is just not what this is for.  We drive my wife's car across country and we drive this in town.  Just being honest.  Using it as intended, it is brilliant.  You will not feel the need to upgrade the stereo.  You will not wish you had more zoom getting up on the freeway.  It is comfortable to drive on the interstate.

Oh,I forgot, I did have the windshield replaced after getting hit with a rock.  Inspections welcome.
