This is a family car that we bought a little over five years ago and it has done a good job taking care of us and I am sure it will do the same for you. it has 125,000 miles on it and a lot more miles to go.
The car needs a repair.
My home mechanic tried to fix the problem, but he could not do it because the car needs to be fixed on the Ford Dealership.
The ABS Brakes Control Module needs to be replaced with a new one and programmed by the dealership.
I drove the car to the Ford Dealership, and they told me that the cost of fixing the ABS BCM is about $2100, I decided not to fix it.
This car runs and drive without any issue, but the brakes and any other related functions like the speedometer, miles readings, are not functioning well due to the ABS BCM failure. Because of the brakes, I will not recommend anyone to drive this car home. Yes, you can drive it, and the car stops but it is not safe at all to do it, in my opinion.
If you know how to fix the issue or if you want to take it to the dealership, this car can be a good car for you and your family. There is not any other issue that I am aware of, everything was working well until the lights popped up on my dash and the brakes started to feel soft.
Cosmetics:
Tires on this car are halfway down, it might need new tires soon.
Brakes and Brakes disks are ok.
A few years ago, in the bottom of the doors, my home mechanic, removed the rust, put a paste called epoxy (it is a hard paste) and painted it to avoid any long-term damage, same thing on the front edge of the hood, look at the pics; problem solve.
There are a few other places that the car cosmetically looks ok but not great, look at the pics.
Overall, the paint of the car is ok. The hood and the bumper, it is very obvious, that got painted (by my home mechanic of course).
Bottom line the car is on good running conditions, no issues with engine or transmissions, heat and AC works well; this car can be a good project for someone that wants to dedicate time to fix it. I have only one key for the car, and it's a remote-control key, you can start the car from far away (Once the ABS issue gets fixed).

Salvage Tittle on hand, car is legal to be driven and ready to be register.

The car does not need state inspection, or state mechanic inspection since I legalized the car 5+ years ago.
