My wife & I bought this for our son as a birthday gift. We flew our son out to meet us and surprise him with the Corvette and let him drive it back to Oklahoma. But to our sad disappointment he was too wide to sit in the seat. He is 6' 2" 300-320 lb. So now you know why we are selling the car.
ON to the info on the car. We bought it from an older man who loved going to car shows with his buddies. But as age was creeping up on him it became more difficult to get in and out of the car. He had clear coated with some blue pearl, as seen in a pic or two. He also had a jasper engine replacement and it was still under warranty when we purchased the car. no longer under warranty because it has been sitting for about two years only being started and ran from time to time to keep the battery up and gas ran though the engine.
We had the car completely serviced and bought 4 Michelin 40 wide series tires on custom rims and installed, and aligned. Ordered all new weather strip gaskets for T top, doors, and rear hatch online. Shop then installed all gaskets. Car was beautiful and ready for our sons arrival. We have over $14,000 invested.
