This once 1953 Chevrolet Belair now looks like Prostreet Restomoded sedan delivery. Modifications- From the front: it has a 1957 Chevy grill bar and grill molded into the 1953 Chevy grill surround.

The front bumper has been narrowed, smoothed and dropped so the top is flush with the filler panel.

The headlights have been changed to Halo Headlights, mounted with Harley Davidson headlight mounting brackets.

The hood has been welded and smoothed. A shotgun-style snorkel has been added to the 454,  for that slightly aggressive look.  Chrome has been added to the Color matched engine.  Edelbrock Airgap intake, Edelbrock carburetor, long tube headers and a Voodoo camshaft have been added to the engine. Inner fender wells are 1/2 1953 Chevrolet(upper) and 1/2 1994 Chevrolet S-10(lower).

The wipers and heater assembly have been removed.

All of the Bel Air chrome has been removed.

The rear windows have been made stationary.

The rear bumper has been removed and a roll pan style bumper has been built.  I used the Uprights from the front bumper and grafted them onto the ends. And part of the Uprights were added around the license plate.

The body has been body dropped, over a later late 80’s GM frame.

The transmission is a 1988  700-R4 overdrive transmission, with stage II rebuild. This is backed up by a Narrowed Ford 9-inch rear differential. The polished centerline racing wheels and 31 X 18.5/ 15s Mickey Thompson tires, try to help it get traction.

The body paint is Hot Orange Pearl from TCB global. The top is gunmetal gray with a light coating of rainbow flakes mixed into it.

The interior has the instrument cluster from a 1957 Chevy, with custom gauges. The dashboard has been wrapped with interior vinyl material. The seats were updated to newer Chevy bucket seats.  It has custom door panels and the rear seat has been deleted to finish it off.

There might be 10 parts on the car that are still original, such as Headlight rings, tail lights, radiator support brackets, hood, trunk and door hinges and the inside mirror.
