You are looking at a super nice Super Beetle convertible. This VW was the previous owners Baby. The exterior is super clean with no damage. I would say a rustfree exterior. Under carriage is new floor pans and side support rails were professionaly replaced The wheels are all like new. The Black top looks to be new. Under the front hatch is super clean and as you can see no rust. The interior is super clean and shows very well. No dash cracks, Seat, door panel  carpets etc are all in great shape. New seat track hardware. The Beetle runs excellent. Our mechanic indicated the motor has been done and she runs excellent.
