The W221-generation S-class was introduced for 2007, with the S63 AMG arriving for 2008. Compared to the S550, the S63 got a larger and more powerful hand-built V8 engine, a sport-tuned suspension, 20-inch wheels with 35-series tires, bolstered sport seats, a unique steering wheel with aluminum shift paddles, and AMG bodywork.

Power comes from the "M156" 6.3-liter naturally aspirated V8, which produces 518 horsepower and 469 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 8-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. This is enough power to rocket this sedan 0-60 MPH in 4.5 Seconds!
