The car is in excellent condition and has low miles given it is a 21 year old car.  Was repainted to factory color in 2014 and I made the most of the lifetime warranty to keep the car looking good.  A recent visit to the body shop had cosmetic body work done and the car look great. Badge delete on front fenders. Tires in good condition. Existing top is canvas which is much better quality than OEM. I have the original boot/cover for when the top in the down position which has never been used. These sell on eBay for close to $500. I also have a $125 car cover which I will throw in. New OEM floor mats in red.

Known issues: Despite the overall excellent condition of the exterior, there is one remaining nick on the passenger door (see photo). The throttle positioning sensor is an aftermarket unit (OEM no longer available) and it runs a little rough when cold. Factory radio/audio system although CD player no longer works. Some weird blemishes on the convertible top (see photos). Seats are worn and driver's side LH bolster is worn (see photos). Also, recent head gasket replacement (at Pacific Honda in San Diego), which is not really an issue and is, in fact, a plus.
