Documentation Fee: There is a non-negotiable, non-refundable $249.00 documentation fee which is added to the high bid price and is due via PayPal payment at auction close. This covers the costs of title work and associated documents, the temporary transit tag and transportation from the airports listed below or public transit to my dealership (if needed)
Payment: Do not bid unless you have the funds to pay for it immediately available! Your finances must be in place prior to placing a bid! Your bid is not contingent upon me waiting for you to come up with the money or be approved for a loan. The successful bidder must make the non-refundable $249 PayPal deposit within 24 hours of auction close. Full payment is due within 3 days of auction close via certified funds. Cash in person, bank check, certified check, money orders or bank wire transfer are the only acceptable forms of payment.
Taxes and Title: You will be responsible for registration, taxes and title fees when you register the car in your home state. New Jersey residents will be required to pay 6.625% sales tax on the high bid price. All titles are CLEAN, with no liens or encumbrances. In some cases there may be a delay in title work, in which case I will mail the title to you.
Non-paying bidders: Due to a rash of non-paying bidders, the successful bidder that does not follow through with the transaction (a legal contract) will be reported to eBay, and will be forwarded to a collection agent. I am forced to do this to recoup my losses from listing fees and wasted time! Please only bid if you ready, willing and able to buy the car!
About me: I am a licensed and bonded auto dealer here in New Jersey. I have been offering cars here on eBay for around 20 years.
About my cars: All of my vehicle are sold strictly "as-is, where-is". I do not have the service or maintenance history or any other documentation unless otherwise stated. The cars I offer are not new, they are used, and usually with higher mileage! Some maintenance items may need to be addressed, and there may be some wear consistent with the age and mileage of the car. I can not guarantee the vehicle will pass your state inspection, or the state of a "check engine" light. You are welcomed and encouraged to inspect the vehicle in person before bidding, or have it inspected by a third party.
