I knew the previous owner of this car when he bought it in the early 90s. It had 22k miles on it and was beautiful at that time. He rarely drove up until he passed away a couple years ago. It sat outside mostly but he did cover the dash and had it maintained mechanically.
I put new tires on it, a new battery, and changed the fluids. It runs and drives great. Everything works on it including the wipers, washer, cruise control, windows, locks, A/C,  power trunk pull down, power trunk release,  climate control, power ant,  auto locks, lights, and ride leveling system, the only thing that does not work is 8 track player and im positive it just needs a new belt from age as I am very familiar with these gm stereos from this era. The radio does work and sounds great.   The body is solid and rust free as most Montana cars are ,  needs paint, vinyl top, drivers door panel, and steering wheel restored/replaced.   It truly is a low mileage solid car , I wish I could keep it, but I have adopted too many others , some gotta go. Feel free to inspect or ask questions.
